Hi there! I'm Karlie Field, the founder of Field Day Staffing LLC. As a passionate speech-language pathologist with over a decade of experience in school-based settings, I've seen firsthand the challenges faced by special education professionals. My journey has been one of growth, learning, and a deep commitment to making a difference in students' lives. I've navigated the complexities of caseload management, wrestled with outdated technology and antiquated systems, and found innovative ways to provide quality care. These experiences have ignited a fire in me to create a solution that not only helps fellow special education (SPED) professionals but also ensures school districts and students receive the best possible support.
